    Coenzyme A (CoA) Analysis Service

Coenzyme A (CoA) is a vital molecule in cellular reactions and metabolic pathways and plays essential roles in protein modification, cellular signaling, and fatty acid metabolism. MtoZ Biolabs utilizes advanced mass spectrometry technologies for the comprehensive analysis of CoA, providing a detailed report for our clients to better understand the metabolic pathways.

      Services at MtoZ Biolabs

Our CoA Analysis Service is based on high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS). This approach combines the physical separation capabilities of liquid chromatography (or HPLC) with the mass analysis capabilities of mass spectrometry (MS). This integration allows a detailed and accurate identification and quantification of CoA in a wide variety of sample types.

      Analysis Workflow

Our service procedure is streamlined to ensure fast turnaround and high-quality results. The process includes:

      1. Sample Preparation: The client submits the sample as per the submission requirements. Our team prepares the sample for analysis.

      2. HPLC-MS Analysis: The prepared sample is analyzed using HPLC-MS. Here, CoA is identified and quantified.

      3. Data Analysis: Our bioinformatics team processes the data to interpret the metabolic pathways.

      4. Reporting: A comprehensive report including the analysis method, raw data, and results interpretation is provided to the client.
