    Delphinidin-3,5-O-diglucoside Analysis Service

      Delphinidin-3,5-O-diglucoside is a natural anthocyanin found in plants. It is a water-soluble pigment commonly present in dark-colored fruits and flowers such as blueberries, blackcurrants, purple cabbage, and eggplant skin. The chemical formula is  C27H31O17+. Delphinidin-3,5-O-diglucoside features a delphinidin nucleus with glucose molecules attached at the 3 and 5 positions through glycosidic bonds.
