    3-methyluridine Analysis Service

      3-Methyluridine is a modified nucleoside that is found in the ribosomal RNA of several species, including bacteria, yeast, and mammals. It is a methylated form of uridine, where a methyl group is attached to the uracil base at the 3-position. This modification, which is believed to enhance the stability of the rRNA and improve the efficiency of protein synthesis, is catalyzed by specific enzymes known as methyltransferases. Given its potential roles in RNA stability and protein translation, 3-methyluridine has emerged as a subject of interest in biomedical research.       • Serum/ Plasma ≥ 200 μL

      3. Storage and Shipping

      Samples should be stored at -80℃ and shipped with dry ice. Avoid repeated cycles of freezing and thawing
