    Creatinine Analysis Service

      Creatinine is a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic amine with a three-carbon ring structure, derived from the breakdown of creatine and creatine phosphate in muscle metabolism. Creatinine is a byproduct of creatine phosphate, which provides energy to muscles. It is continuously produced in the body as a byproduct of muscle metabolism. Creatinine is widely used as a biomarker of kidney function because it is filtered from the blood by the kidneys and excreted in the urine; its blood levels reflect the filtration function of the kidneys. Monitoring creatinine levels can help detect kidney dysfunction early, allowing timely intervention and treatment to prevent further deterioration of kidney function. Creatinine testing is not only used in clinical diagnosis but also extensively applied in sports medicine, nutrition, metabolic research, and drug development, making it highly valuable across various fields.

      Serum, plasma, urine, and other biological samples. More than 3 materials under the same condition are required for each sample. 

       

      2. Sample Volume

      • Animal tissue ≥ 100 mg
      • Plant tissue ≥ 200 mg
      • Serum/ Plasma ≥ 200 μL
      • Urine ≥ 2 mL

       

      3. Sample Preservation

      Store at -80°C to maintain stability.
