    Gibberellin A15 Analysis Service

      Gibberellins (GAs) are a class of diterpenoid acids that play a pivotal role in the regulation of various developmental processes in plants, including seed germination, stem elongation, leaf expansion, and fruit development. Gibberellin A15 (GA15) is one of the lesser-known yet significant members of this family. GA15 is primarily biosynthesized from geranylgeranyl diphosphate (GGDP) via a complex pathway involving multiple enzymatic steps. Although GA15 is not as widely studied as its counterparts like GA3 or GA1, it holds considerable importance due to its intermediary role in the biosynthesis of more bioactive gibberellins. The presence and activity of GA15 have been detected in various plant species, where it contributes to the fine-tuning of growth responses under different environmental conditions. Understanding the concentration and function of GA15 in plants can provide insights into the regulatory mechanisms of plant growth and development, especially in response to external stimuli such as light, temperature, and nutrient availability.
