    Histamine Analysis Service

Histamine is an organic nitrogenous compound involved in local immune responses, as well as regulating physiological function in the gut and acting as a neurotransmitter for the brain, spinal cord, and uterus. It is primarily synthesized and stored in mast cells and basophils, and is released in response to allergens, leading to immediate hypersensitivity reactions. Therefore, precise and quantifiable analysis of histamine is crucial in various research areas, including allergy research, food industry, pharmacology, among others.

Additionally, it mediates inflammation, stimulates gastric acid secretion, and acts as a potent vasodilator. Because of its diverse physiological and pathological roles, alteration in histamine levels has been implicated in various diseases, such as allergic reactions, gastric ulcers, and pathological conditions, such as schizophrenia and depression. Therefore, histamine level detection and analysis are important.
