    Phe-Leu Analysis Service

      Phe-Leu (Phenylalanine-Leucine) is a dipeptide composed of phenylalanine (Phe) and leucine (Leu). Changes in the content of Phe-Leu can indicate the absorption efficiency of dipeptides in the intestine, thus helping to understand the absorption mechanisms of amino acids under various conditions, such as disease states, age, and nutritional status.       Serum, plasma, urine, tissues, and other biological samples. It is necessary to select more than 3 materials with the same condition for each sample.

       

      2. Sample Volume

      • Animal tissue ≥ 100 mg
      • Plant tissue ≥ 200 mg
      • Serum/ Plasma ≥ 200 μL
      • Urine ≥ 2 mL

       

      3. Sample Preservation

      Store at -80°C to maintain stability.
