    Recombinant Protein Drug and Receptor Affinity Detection

      Recombinant protein drugs are protein-based therapeutic drugs produced using DNA recombination technology or other biotechnologies, including cytokines, polypeptide hormones, recombinant enzymes, monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins, etc. Compared with traditional low-molecular synthetic drugs, recombinant protein drugs have advantages such as strong specificity, low toxicity, and significant therapeutic effects.

       

      Affinity is a characteristic parameter for evaluating the strength of the interaction between two molecules in a reversible reaction process. Testing the affinity between recombinant protein drugs and their receptors, evaluating their binding strength and stability, can determine the interaction characteristics between the drug and the receptor, which is crucial for the drug discovery and development process.
