    Sinensetin Analysis Service

Sinensetin is a polymethoxyflavone that can be extracted from various citrus plants, such as sweet orange and Orthosiphon aristatus. It is generally soluble in DMSO, methanol, and other similar solvents, while being insoluble in petroleum ether. Fundings have shown sinensetin has the anticancer, anti-inflflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-obesity, anti-dementia, vasorelaxant and antitrypanosomal activity, thus developing a reliable analytical method for its analysis in plant metabolites is essential. MtoZ Biolabs provides a simple, rapid, accurate, affordable, and highly automated analytical method and equipment to analyze sinensetin. High-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) can effectively address the challenges associated with sinensetin analysis. Furthermore, optimizing extraction and purification steps can improve the sensitivity and precision of the analytical method.
