    Calycosin Analysis Service

Calycosin is a natural isoflavone compound, primarily found in medicinal plants such as Astragalus membranaceus. Its chemical structure consists of an isoflavone backbone and multiple functional groups, which endow it with a variety of biological activities. Research has shown that calycosin possesses significant pharmacological effects, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antitumor, and antibacterial activities. Its anti-inflammatory effect is mainly achieved through the regulation of inflammatory mediators' release and the inhibition of related signaling pathways, while its antitumor activity is demonstrated by the induction of apoptosis and the inhibition of tumor cell proliferation. Additionally, calycosin has shown potential in cardiovascular and neuroprotection, making it highly valuable in drug development and clinical research. As a result, it has become a key focus in current pharmacological studies.
