    Capsorubin Analysis Service

Capsorubin is a natural red dye in the xanthophyll class of carotenoids, commonly found in red bell peppers (Capsicum annuum) and is a major component of paprika oleoresin. It is also present in some species of lily. As a food coloring, it is labeled with the E number E160c(ii). Capsorubin is known for its strong antioxidant properties and potential health benefits, making it valuable in the food industry, health products, and pharmaceutical development.

Capsorubin enhances the color and nutritional value of foods, offers antioxidant benefits in health products, and shows promise as an active ingredient in new anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer drugs. Accurate analysis of capsorubin content and structure is therefore essential.
