    Flavonoids Analysis Service

      Flavonoids are a diverse group of polyphenolic compounds characterized by a 2-phenylchromone backbone, widely found in most plants as secondary metabolites. In plants, these compounds primarily exist as glycoside derivatives, playing essential roles in growth regulation, development, and response to environmental stress, as well as contributing to pigmentation. Due to their diverse biological activities—including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, and cardiovascular protective effects—flavonoids are of significant interest across multiple industries, such as food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.

      Technical Principles

      Our service uses LC-MS/MS technology, which uses liquid chromatography to separate various components in the sample in the chromatographic column, and then uses mass spectrometry to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the separated components.
