    Flavonol Analysis Service

Flavonol, a subclass of flavonoids, are naturally occurring compounds found in various plants, fruits, and vegetables. They are widely recognized for their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-carcinogenic properties; thus, their in-depth analysis is critical for understanding their role in health and disease.

Our Flavonol Analysis Service is based on the high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) technique. HPLC-MS combines the separation power of liquid chromatography with the detection specificity of mass spectrometry, thus facilitating the accurate identification and quantification of flavonols in complex samples.
