    Gibberellin A3 Analysis Service

Gibberellin A3 (GA3) is a plant hormone and a member of the gibberellin (GA) family. Its molecular formula is C19H22O6, characterized by a tetracyclic diterpene skeleton with multiple hydroxyl and carbonyl groups. GA3 is one of the most commonly used gibberellins in plant growth regulators, possessing a wide range of biological activities. The roles of GA3 in plants include promoting cell division and elongation, breaking seed dormancy, and inducing flower bud differentiation, with notable effects particularly in breaking seed dormancy and promoting stem elongation. GA3 exerts its physiological effects by balancing plant hormones and regulating gene expression, thus influencing various aspects of plant growth and development.
