    Gibberellin A6 Analysis Service

Gibberellin A6 (GA6) is another gibberellin, with the molecular formula C19H22O6, also characterized by a tetracyclic diterpene skeleton and multiple hydroxyl and carbonyl groups. GA6 primarily functions in promoting stem elongation and regulating the flowering process in plants. Although GA6 may have lower activity in some plants compared to GA1 and GA3, it remains an important hormone in regulating plant growth and development, participating in multiple physiological processes within the plant.
