    Glycosylation Site Analysis Service

The analysis of glycosylation sites in glycosylated proteins is of great importance for studying protein structure and function.

MtoZ Biolabs provides a glycoform relative content analysis service based on LC-MS/MS. First, various enzymes are used to digest the protein, then in heavy-labeled H218O, PNGase F or various O-glycosidases are used to enzymatically release the glycans from the target protein. At this point, the glycosylated peptides will carry a 18O, and by searching the database, the glycosylation modification sites can be identified.

      1. If you provide tissue samples, please transport them to us on dry ice.

      2. If you provide protein samples, common tissue and cell lysis buffers can be used for protein extraction.

      3. For sample transport, ensure an adequate amount of dry ice is used and select the fastest mailing method available to minimize the risk of sample degradation during transit.
