    Myristelaidate Analysis Service

Myristelaidate, a trans fatty acid with a 14-carbon chain and a trans double bond at the 9th position, is a type of fatty acid that is naturally produced in the human body. As the trans isomer of myristoleic acid, myristelaidate is found in trace amounts in certain food sources, including partially hydrogenated vegetable oils, and can also be formed endogenously under specific metabolic conditions. Its level and activity have been shown to be associated with various diseases, including obesity, diabetes, heart diseases, and certain types of cancers. Therefore, the analysis of myristelaidate can provide important information about the body's metabolic state and disease progression.
