    Nicotiflorin Analysis Service

Nicotiflorin, also known as kaempferol 3-O-rutinoside, is a naturally occurring flavonoid glycoside that is widely found in the flowers and leaves of various plants. It is a derivative of kaempferol, combined with a disaccharide called rutinose (glucose linked to rhamnose). The presence of this glycosidic bond enhances its water solubility compared to its aglycone counterpart, kaempferol. The presence of sugar moieties generally affects the pharmacokinetics of flavonoids, typically regulating their absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) properties. Nicotiflorin has potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities and is widely applied.
