Obesity Related Immune Factors Analysis Service
Obesity is a systemic disease, not only does it lead to changes in body shape, but it also brings along various diseases and complications, affecting an individual's overall health. Common complications, such as hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension, are medically termed as "metabolic syndrome". The fluid factors secreted by adipose tissue propel the development of metabolic syndrome and vascular diseases. These substances include leptin, adiponectin, resistin, TNF-α, IL-6, PAI-1, angiotensinogen, C-reactive protein (CRP), etc. Other cytokines such as adhesion molecules ICAM-1, VCAM-1, and E-selectin are also associated with endothelial cell activation and atherosclerosis in obese patients.

MtoZ Biolabs utilizes flow cytometry to simultaneously quantify cytokines and proteins related to obesity and its complications, offering higher sensitivity and a broader detection range. The table below lists the cytokines detectable in human samples, and MtoZ Biolabs also provides detection for other species, consultation is welcome.
