Proteins Analysis Service
Protein analysis is a fundamental step in studying biological systems, and it is essential in various fields such as drug development, disease diagnosis, and agricultural breeding. At MtoZ Biolabs, we provide comprehensive proteins analysis service using advanced mass spectrometry techniques combined with our expertise in proteomics. With the aim of advancing your research and maximizing your success, our proteins analysis service is designed to be reliable, efficient, and precise.
Services at MtoZ Biolabs
Our proteins analysis service is based on state-of-the-art mass spectrometry, including LC-MS/MS and MALDI-TOF/TOF. We utilize these technologies to identify and quantify proteins in biological samples. The proteins are first separated by HPLC and then ionized before being introduced into the mass spectrometer. The mass-to-charge ratios of the ions are measured to determine the molecular weight of the proteins. By comparing the obtained mass spectra to a database of known protein sequences, we can identify the proteins present in samples.

Case Study
1. Drug Target Identification by Chemical Proteomics
The authors conducted target screening experiments using a chemical probe, identifying 59 proteins consistently across three biological replicates as potential targets. KEGG enrichment analysis and GO analysis provided insights into the evaluation of these targets, highlighting Immunity-related GTPase family M protein 1 (IRGM1) as a critical regulator of innate immunity and inflammatory responses, which was identified as a promising cellular target. Proteins analysis service offers comprehensive solutions for target screening, functional enrichment analysis, and the identification of key regulatory proteins for biomedical research.

2. Protein Analysis of Colorectal Cancer Patient
This study applies a workflow for high-resolution spatial proteomics analysis of colorectal cancer (CRC) FFPE slides using DIA-MS (data-independent acquisition mass spectrometry). Through tissue section expansion, hydrogel dotting, protein digestion, and mass spectrometry analysis, the method effectively captures proteomic information from nanoscale samples (6,751 proteins and 58,866 peptides). The expanded sections exhibit high precision in spatial resolution and protein abundance detection. The results reveal significant differences in protein expression across different regions (normal, adjacent, and tumor tissues), with regional-specific proteomic features highlighted through clustering analysis. This approach provides an innovative and efficient strategy for spatial proteomics research on FFPE samples. Proteins analysis service offers robust solutions for investigating spatial proteomics in complex biological samples. Combining advanced mass spectrometry techniques, it enables precise detection and quantification of proteins across distinct tissue regions.
