- Clinical Research: Exploring the potential health effects of resveratrol.
- Pharmacological Research: Studying the pharmacokinetics and metabolism of resveratrol.
Resveratrol is a type of natural phenol produced by several plants when under attack by pathogens. It has garnered interest for its potential health benefits, including anti-aging, cardiovascular protection, and anti-cancer properties.
Services at MtoZ Biolabs
At MtoZ Biolabs, we provide comprehensive resveratrol targeted metabolomics services using state-of-the-art mass spectrometry (MS) technologies. Our expertise extends to the analysis, identification, and quantification of resveratrol, even at low abundance, in a diverse range of biological samples.
Analysis Workflow
1. Sample Preparation: Samples are carefully prepared to preserve integrity and maximize extraction of Resveratrol.
2. Chromatographic Separation: Resveratrol is separated from other metabolites to avoid interference.
3. MS Analysis: The separated resveratrol is then analyzed and quantified using our advanced MS equipment.
4. Data Analysis and Interpretation: We extrapolate and interpret the data, providing you with a detailed report on the resveratrol content.

Applications
Sample Submission Requirements
For every analysis, a minimum of 3 g fresh sample or 1 g dry sample is required, with at least three biological replicates. Once the sample is prepared, it should be quickly frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -80°C to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Please note that samples once tested will not be returned, so maintain a backup for your reference.
