Where Can I Download Data on Proteomics?

      1. PRIDE Database

PRIDE (The PRoteomics IDEntifications database) is a bioinformatics database maintained by the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI) that provides a wealth of proteomics data. This data can be freely downloaded from the official PRIDE website. To download data from PRIDE, first visit their official website. Then, enter the keywords of the protein or experiment you are interested in the search bar. The search results will display all relevant datasets, from which you can choose one and click the "Download" button.

      2. UniProt Database

UniProt is a resource providing the most comprehensive protein sequence and functional information worldwide. Users can search and download data based on specific query conditions. To download data from UniProt, first visit their official website. Then, enter the protein name or sequence you are interested in the search bar. Next, you can choose the "Download" option, and then select the data format you need.

      3. Protein Data Bank (PDB)

PDB is a database containing all known three-dimensional protein structures. This data can be downloaded from the official PDB website. To download data from PDB, first visit their official website. Then, enter the protein name or sequence you are interested in the search bar. Then, you can choose the "Download File" option, and then select the data format you need.
